At Coderspace, developers and data scientists do not apply for jobs but companies offer them. Developer Hiring Challenge is a competition held by Coderspace to give an opportunity to both developers and data scientists for showing their coding skills and get offers from companies.
In Developer Hiring Challenge – EU, we as Coderspace challenge you to develop your way abroad. While applying for challenge, you can choose your preferred tech stack and positions then you will receive a link which will navigate you a Hackerrank test to show your skills which is related with your preferences. Once you completed the test, your Coderspace profile will be visible to recruiters and companies from Europe. Then you will receive interview invitations if you get a match in regard to your profile.
🌎 Remote : For Remote opportunities, you can work from Turkey for companies in Europe. Which means you don't have to leave your home to have a job in Europe.
✈️ Relocate : For Relocate opportunities, you have to move to where your new job located.
🤸🏻♂️ Contract/Freelance : For Freelance opportunities, you will get offers for shorter periods, and you will most likely have more flexible working hours.
All coderspace users from any level of experience or with any preferred positions can participate.
The challenge will be held in online. You will get an email about the details on how to join when your application will be approved.
The questions will be available between the 27th of March, Saturday 09:00 and 28st of March, Sunday 23:59 but once you started the challenge you will have 2 hours to complete.
You can apply until 18th of March, Thursday 23:59.
You may get offers from different cities in Europe for both remote and relocate opportunities.
Once you completed the challenge, your Coderspace profile with your results will be available for companies from Europe and you may receive offers anytime after the challenge is completed.
If you make a deal for a job which requires relocation to Europe, we will guide you through all process including visa application for relocation.
